Great Uncle Orrin Great Uncle Orrin is a family heirloom teddy. He is 20 inches tall and made from Schultz German mohair. He has armature in his arms for poseability and Ultra Suede paw and foot pads. Stainless steel pellets have been added to his stuffing for extra weight. Great Uncle Orrin is named after my husbands great uncle The coat and hat he is wearing has been designed and sewn by me. I used actual photos from the time period to design the uniform. The material used for the coat and hat are cut from the actual uniform worn by Great Uncle Orrin during World War 1.
